Jon Munger
Jon B. Munger is the founder and principal in the law firm of Munger & Associates, PC, located in Clarkston, Michigan. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Michigan and received his J.D. from Detroit College of Law in 1996, being admitted to practice in the State of Michigan the same year. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association (Probate Committee), Oakland County Probate Mediation Committee, and the Michigan Guardianship Association.
Jon is a former senior partner with the Kemp Klein Law Firm in Troy, Michigan, where he worked in the Estate Planning and Probate areas. He went on to establish his own practice in 2004. His practice has flourished and has a full staff of attorneys, paralegals, and support personnel.
Munger & Associates, PC primarily handles Probate Law cases – Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Will Contests, and Probate Litigation. Jon serves as a professional fiduciary and has extensive experience serving as Guardian, Conservator, or Personal Representative when needed, or as legal counsel for fiduciaries in other cases, making his staff experienced with both the legal and the practical issues facing fiduciaries.
Jon’s firm has a full-service staff of Legal Assistants experienced in handling any matter that may arise in the Estate Planning and Probate Court arenas. The combined expertise comes from having handled thousands of Probate cases, with experience in every facet and nuance of Probate Law that can arise. The firm also handles matters in areas such as divorce and family law, landlord/tenant, real estate sales and litigation, and general civil litigation.

Brittany Gallagher
Brittany Gallagher has been an associate attorney at Munger & Associates, PC since 2020. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Michigan University in 2017. She then received her Masters in Jurisprudence and Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law in 2020. She has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association since 2020.
