Christine Waid

Christine A. Waid is an Associate at the law firm of Munger & Associates, PLLC, located in Clarkston, Michigan. She is a 1994 graduate from Lake Superior State University, and graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School, with distinction, in 1997. She was admitted to the both State Bar of Michigan and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in 1997.
Ms. Waid was a staff attorney at UAW-GM Legal Services Plan, in Pontiac, Michigan, for over eleven years. While working at UAW-GM Legal Services Plan, she handled a wide variety of cases. These cases included: Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate Litigation, Consumer Litigation, Mortgage Foreclosure, Landlord/Tenant Matters, Insurance Disputes, Appeals, and Real Estate Sales and Purchase.
Ms. Waid has diverse legal experience. She has utilized this experience to successfully argue and persuade the Michigan Supreme Court to reverse the lower court decisions in Martin v Beldean. She has litigated extensively in District Court, Circuit Court, Appellate Courts and Administrative Courts.
