The Attorneys of Munger & Associates have argued successfully before both the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.
See published decision of Martin v. Beldean, 469 Mich 541 (2004). In this case, Christine Waid successfully appealed an Oakland County Circuit decision all the way to the Michigan Supreme Court. She convinced the Michigan Supreme Court to reverse the lower court's erroneous decision. Christine Waid has also successfully appeared before the Michigan Court of Appeals in a number of cases, both defending and challenging lower courts' decisions.
